What did you say you'd do?

“I'll send that quote.” “Let me get back to you.” Promises like these quietly disappear into a busy day. BlindSpot remembers them so nothing falls through the cracks.

No password needed — we'll email you a one-time code to continue.
Read-only, always.

Add your inbox

Any provider works — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, anything. This just adds it to your list; nothing is connected yet, and nothing is ever written back or shared. We'll reach out to finish connecting it, usually the same day.

What BlindSpot does

Every email you send can quietly create a promise — a deadline, a follow-up, something someone's now waiting on. BlindSpot reads your sent mail and surfaces those before they slip.

1. Tap the Share icon

In Safari's toolbar (usually along the bottom), find the Share icon — a square with an arrow pointing up out of it.

↑ Tap here

2. Find "Add to Home Screen"

A list of options slides up. Scroll down it until you see "Add to Home Screen" and tap it.

3. Tap "Add"

Safari shows the BlindSpot name and icon it'll use — you can leave it as-is. Tap "Add" in the top right to finish.

Done — BlindSpot's icon is now on your Home Screen, just like a regular app. Open it from there from now on (not from Safari) so notifications work.

Getting started

Three steps to get real commitments flowing in.

Privacy & how BlindSpot reads your inbox

Right now, BlindSpot only reads your inbox — it doesn't label, archive, mark things read, or change anything in Gmail. Every status you see here (done, snoozed, dismissed, restored) lives only in BlindSpot's own database, so your mailbox stays exactly as you left it. Think of it less as something managing your inbox and more like a second pair of eyes, reminding you of what might get missed. If a future version adds an optional write action, it'll be a separate, clearly-labeled choice — never something turned on quietly.

Mailboxes

Add any inbox you want tracked below — that just adds it to your list. Getting one actually connected takes one more step, done once per mailbox: a direct, private connection so nothing ever leaves that inbox. Ask your assistant to set that up once it's on the list below.

Checking recent activity…
Heads up: BlindSpot only saves a message here when it actually looks like a real commitment — so right after a mailbox gets connected, the fastest way to confirm it's working is to send yourself an obvious test, like "Reminder: send the signed contract by Friday." A quiet inbox for a few minutes doesn't mean it failed.
Muted senders

BlindSpot quietly learns from your "Not a commitment" calls: once you've dismissed 3 messages from the same address, future ones from them land pre-dismissed instead of showing up as open. Nothing here ever touches Gmail — it's just BlindSpot's own filter, and you can undo it anytime below.

Flagged for review

When a card's risk, owner, or action looks wrong, tap the ⋯ menu → Flag issue. Nothing about the commitment changes — this just keeps a running list here so classification can actually be tuned from real examples instead of guesswork. Clear an item once you've looked at it.

Notifications

Get a push the moment a new commitment lands. Tap the 🔔 bell on the dashboard, or the button below, then allow notifications.

On iPhone, notifications only work once BlindSpot is added to your Home Screen first.

Collapse the "Other open items" group — the lower-priority commitments that aren't waiting on you, waiting on a reply, or high risk — behind a "Show more" tap instead of filling the screen. Nothing is hidden for good, just tucked out of the way by default.

Export your data

Download every commitment BlindSpot has tracked — open, done, and dismissed — as a CSV for your own records. Nothing leaves your device.

Delete my account

Permanently deletes every commitment BlindSpot has tracked for you, disconnects every mailbox, and removes your login entirely. This happens immediately and can't be undone — there's no grace period or recovery.

Type DELETE to confirm. This can't be undone.
